  • A supported temporary restriction pauses the Page and advances pending local dates.

What exactly does CreatorFlow Studio do?

It organizes your existing videos into separate Facebook and YouTube account queues. You can import metadata from CSV, choose future posting times, send videos through connected accounts, and monitor schedules or errors. It is not a video generator or a social-media growth guarantee.

Is the $5 offline version a one-time purchase?

No. It is a monthly license priced at $5/month, shown on the offline page as 500 BDT or 5 USDT per month. Open the dedicated offline page for the download, payment methods and activation instructions. Activation follows payment verification.

Does offline mean I can upload without internet?

No. Offline refers to the desktop version and its license activation approach. Facebook and YouTube connections, uploads and schedule synchronization need internet. Keep the PC and app running while new videos are being delivered.

Will an accepted schedule publish if I close the app?

Once Meta or YouTube has accepted a future publishing schedule, that platform handles publication. Videos still waiting locally have not yet been handed over; the app needs to be open to upload or schedule them.

What happens when an upload or schedule fails?

The app records the error. Temporary errors can retry after a delay; supported Facebook restrictions pause delivery and move recoverable local dates forward. Missing files, permission issues or uncertain acceptance may need Manual Review. The app cannot lift a platform restriction.

Can I manage client Pages and channels?

Yes, use separate account profiles and content folders for Pages and channels you are authorized to manage. Required platform permissions must be approved. A device license refers to an approved computer, not a Page or channel count.

How do trials and subscription downloads work?

Monthly and yearly checkout plans offer a 3-day trial with a valid card. The selected plan renews after the trial unless cancelled before it ends. After checkout, open “View Order & License” from your Lemon Squeezy order email to find the app download and license key. Offline activation uses the separate offline-page instructions.

I already bought a license. Where can I get help?

Use the “View Order & License” link in your subscription order email for downloads and keys, or contact support on WhatsApp for activation and account help. For offline purchases, follow the payment-verification and activation conversation with support.
